1991

Establishment of Naturella Agency – specialized in the sales of computer technology; a part of the Naturella group with main activity in the financial sector.

Establishment of an office in Varna – towards the end of its first year the Naturella Agency opens its second office in Bulgaria.

1992

The beginning of the partnership with Hewlett-Packard – the first partnership contract between Naturella Agency and Hewlett-Packard Vienna is signed.

1996

The beginning of the partnership with Cisco Systems – the fist partnership contract between Naturella Agency and Cisco Systems France is signed.

Acquisition of Lantech and an office in Gabrovo – broadening of the portfolio through the acquisition of Lantech, a computer sales company located in Gabrovo.

1996-97

The beginning of the partnership with DELL and establishment of Index Bulgaria – Naturella Agency signs a partnership contract with DELL and establishes Index Bulgaria which fully takes over the partner relationship with DELL.

1997-98

Separation from the Naturella group – Naturealla Agency breaks away from the Naturella group and changes its name to Lirex BG. It retains all current partnership contracts and continues its development and growth in the IT sector.

2000

Lirex Net – Lirex BG establishes Lirex Net as its subsidiary which takes over the telecommunication services the company is offering.

2001

ISO certificate – the Quality Management System of Lirex BG for the first time receives ISO certificate. The system is approved by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance to be in compliance with the standards ISO 9001:2000, EN ISO 9001:2000 and BS EN ISO 9001:2000.

2002

Cisco System reward – During the annual partner meeting of Cisco Systems – Partner Summit 2002 in Orlando, USA – Lirex BG received the Best Year-over-Year Performance Award. It is given for the best overall performance among the Cisco Systems partners.

Cisco Gold Partner – Lirex BG is the first company in Bulgaria that receives the status of Cisco Systems Gold Partner. This is one of the most prestigious certification programs in the networks world. With this award Lirex BG proves it has achieved the highest standards of Cisco Systems in the areas of design, implementation and support of network solutions.

Microsoft Gold Partner – Lirex BG becomes Microsoft Gold Partner for corporate systems. The certificate is a proof of the acquired by the Lirex BG team skills and knowledge in design and development of large corporate information systems using Microsoft’s latest software products.

2003

National Classified Information Registry

The Lirex team exceeds 100 people – Lirex BG continues to grow and establishes new offices in Bulgaria.

2004

Lirex BG splits its main activities among its newly established subsidiaries – Lirex BS takes over the development of business solutions, the outsourcing and consulting services; Lirex High-Tech takes over the sales and support of equipment.

2005

AQAP certificate – for the first time Lirex BG receives AQAP certificate verifying that the Quality Management System is in compliance with the NATO Allied Quality Assurance Publication – AQUAP 2110.

2006

NATO Classified Information Registry.

2007

The Lirex team becomes over 300 people – Lirex BG continues to grow its team. For four years it has increased by 300%.

2008

Establishment of Lirex Skopje – the Lirex companies expand by establishing Lirex Skopje which offers the whole portfolio of services on the territory of Macedonia.

IronPort Channel Partner – Lirex BG is the first company in Bulgaria to become IronPort Silver Channel Partner.

VMwaare VIP Enterprise Partner – Lirex High-Tech becomes an official VMware partner.

Fujitsu Siemens Computers Corporate Partner (which later became Fujitsu Technology Solutions) – broadening its portfolio Lirex High-Tech becomes a Fujitsu-Siemens Partner.

2009

ISO 27001 – Lirex BG, Lirex BS and Lirex High Tech are among the few Bulgarian companies to receive ISO 27001:2005 certificates. ISO 27001 is the only auditable international standard which defines the requirements for an Information Security Management System (ISMS). It ensures the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets and minimizing information security risks.
