This type of service presumes the „export” of a particular business process in our responsibility along with all the associated functions, input-output connections and functional costs. The focus are mainly secondary processes that are subject to separation, for example: logistics management, assets management, asset acquisition management, pre-sale preparation of goods and services, and customer relationship management. For these processes we already have acquired know-how that we use it not only to achieve higher process efficiency but also for the whole process realization.
