Lirex BS was the general sponsor of the conference Management in the infrastructure, energy and utilities held at Elieff Center for Education and Culture of the American University in Bulgaria. There were presented models, systems and solutions for risk management in different fields – investment management, infrastructure, energy and utilities. Oleg Asenov, Customer Relationship Manager, Lirex BS, introduced briefly the audience with company experience in different IT projects as well as the company development tendencies.

Stanislav Manovski, Research and Development Manager, Lirex BS, presented a system for automated notification and messages processing and solution for telephone calls recording – both based on IP technology.

The automated notification system is made to inform responsible personnel and people in predefined area in case of accidents. It ensures taking immediate actions by using different ways for informing the main addressee groups. The system is compatible with the excising IT solutions that companies use and is developed so that it could be adapted to the specific customers needs. The second risk management solution that Lirex BS offers is ZOOM CallRec. The software for audio archive storage and management of the telephone conversations is completely compatible with Cisco IP based telecommunication infrastructure.

Due to the specialized protocols and the internal security procedures the solution ensures high level of information confidentiality. Telephone calls recording could be used as an alternative of oral contract conclusions or making notes during business meetings. The solution ensures increasing the quality of the main business processes in the organizations and a condition for adding value to the company’s activities. The present people had the opportunity to learn more about the way the systems operate at the company’s stand.
